Booking Fees - MagicalReservations.com, owned by CTS, will charge your credit card a booking fee that
equals 2% of the total amount of the reservation being booked. This fee covers the assignment of your
personal vacation planner & any additional concierge service that you may require during the planning
period of your vacation.
Cancellation Fees - All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee, not included in the
cancellation fees of the Walt Disney World Travel Company. (view the Walt Disney World Travel
Company Terms & Conditions). This fee covers document recovery & file closure.
Credit Card Charges – If you place a deposit for a room reservations or a package vacation with one of
our Vacation Specialists via telephone, your credit card statement will reflect a charge from The Walt
Disney World Company. Should you have any disputes, please contact The Walt Disney World Company
at 407-934-7639.
